Do you want to learn yoga therapy practices to support menstrual well being? Then this online immersion course is for you. It includes key yoga therapy practices for each phase of the menstrual cycle, with deep relaxation practices to nourish your well-being, and friendly chats to share top tips and hints to live in harmony with your cycle.
This stand alone online immersion course gives you everything you need to know to start making friends with your menstrual cycle. It is also the pre-requisite for the full Yoni Shakti: Well Woman Yoga Therapy Training course/retreat.
All the practices in this immersion experience have been developed since 1998 by yoga therapist Uma Dinsmore-Tuli PhD and are described in her book Yoni Shakti. Uma shares these practices in this online immersion course with her long-standing teaching colleague Sivani Mata Francis, artist and bhakti yogini. Sivani Mata and Uma’s conversations are the heart of this immersion experience, and Sivani Mata’s drawings illustrate the course material.
